網上銀行 X 轉數快 X 派錢$10,000

財政預算案中，最吸睛莫過於向滿18歲的香港永久居民派發$10,000。創新及科技局局長楊偉雄於一個電台節目中提及使用網上銀行服務的市民會比只有使用傳統銀行戶口的市民更快收到資助，並提及會利用「轉數快」派錢。究竟什麼是「轉數快」及附上銀行開通網址給大家。

什麼是「轉數快」

「快速支付系統」(「轉數快」)是香港金融管理局(「金管局」)於2018年推出的網上支付服務。如果雙方都已成功登記「轉數快」，即使雙方使用不用銀行，也可以全日24小時進行跨行支付。
